Fat Loss 4 Idiots™ is a web-based plan, advertised to enable people to lose 9 pounds every 11 days. It apparently employs a “shifting calories theory”, in which people “shift” the foods they eat every 11 days, in order to try to trick the metabolism into “revving up”. This way, dieters may supposedly burn fat more effectively. They provide advice such as eat whole foods, drink water and walk. In many ways, this is a very barebones diet - no one has taken responsibility for creating this plan, there is no “real” customer service, and there is no way to connect with other users.

Truth About Abs
The Truth About Abs is a new system created by Mike Geary, a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist. Some of his articles on health and nutrition may be found online, and in some highly regarded magazines. His ebook is basically a diet and exercise eplan which is geared toward enabling people to lose weight, tone up and get a better 6-pack using a system that combines diet and meal suggestions with workouts that are suggested to be focused on creating rock hard abs. Many of us think about crunches and 60 minutes of cardio when we think about getting our abs in check, but Geary does not go that route. He employs 30-45 minutes workouts that are performed 2-3 times a week.
